Columbia Appliance is owned by Royce and Susan Palmer and Royce has been in the appliance business in Columbia since 1971. Royce started originally in appliance repair, then worked his way up through sales, then management, then ownership.
Royce & Susan have 4 grown kids, two of whom work full time at Columbia Appliance. Son Jon Palmer is the Service Manager and does many of the appliance repairs himself. Daughter January Rehg is the Operations Manager. She knows the Parts department forward and backwards, therefore she sometimes assists there too.
